Matthias Svane, Partner Matthias has worked as a consultant since 1995, for Accenture and Hewlett-Packard amongst others. Matthias is very experienced with project- og program management, and has both Prince2 Practitioner and PMP certification. He has undertaken project and program management in several very big programs (€100m+). Matthias is an M.Sc. from the Technical University of Denmark. Lars Søndergaard, Partner Lars has worked as a consultant since 1994, for Mærsk Data, Ernst&Young and Ementor. Lars has years of experience with project management of complex projects as well as general management roles. Lars is Prince2 Practitioner. He has managed the SAP competency center within one of the biggest Danish pension and investment companies, PFA. Lars has worked intensively with SAP solutions since 1998.
